With my sales on Etsy being quite low, I got to thinking...what if I focused on items that had monthly/weekly/daily themes? We all know there are crazy days like National Talk Like Shakespeare Day (I kid you not, it's April 23rd) and Sense of Smell Day (April 24th) or how about Barbershop Quartet Day (April 11th)?
With all this at my fingertips, I think...it seems like the stranger items sell on Etsy much more often than the "normal" ones I've been knitting. I've heard of a site called regretsy.com. I'm thinking maybe I need to break out of the norm and get into the....weirder side. Just a little.
A new shop on the rise? Possibly so! Whether it's with that idea or not, I am thinking I might need a revamp.
